2. Shipping Method
The free shipping we offer is for FedEx Ground. DXRACER USA offers free shipping on all orders to the US territory (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and no minimum purchase is necessary. Under normal circumstances, please allow for up to 1 working day for your order to be processed and 2-5 working days for your package to be fulfilled and delivered, depending on your location.
3. Warranty & Return
*DXRACER USA promises to repair or replace any DXRACER USA product or component that DXRACER USA finds to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period.
*DXRACER does not offer exchanges for our products. You can simply return your chair and repurchase it.
*If you would like to make a return, please send your items back within 30 days from the date your original order was shipped. (The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. The wear and tear charges shall not exceed 20% of the unit price of the product in principle.) If you shipped your chair after 30 days, DXRACER will not receive the delivery. You will be responsible for any costs and damages.
* If inventory for the needed part is unavailable, your replacement will ship once the inventory is replenished.
* Warranty hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, and closed on Saturday, Sunday, and legal.
