The weight capacity of this chair is very ideal. It's lightweight, but can withstand up to 220 lbs of weight. This is also very sturdy.

I got this so I could get some exercise while I'm doing college classes online. I'm a bit fidgety, so it helps me focus during my classes. Plus I know that my muscles are happy for the exercise! It's sturdy enough to stay in place whether I'm using it on the floor (carpet).
