I tried to hate this chair. I didn't want to spend 540$ on a chair. This chair is absolutely perfect though, it has settings upon settings to change anything you may dislike about it, I don't like heavy lumbar support and there exists a tension knob to completely remove it. Instead of one lock setting like normal chairs for how far the seat leans back it has many. The armrests have height control, width control in two variations (physical bolts and a button), front to back control in two variations (physical bolts and a button), and 3 separate angle variations controlled through a button. not only all this but the armrests are independent of one another so if you favor one side you can make the armrests match you instead of you being forced to do what the static armrests want you to be. The headrest has 6 positions, and is physically attached to the chair with a mechanism instead of a strap like some other chairs. The seat is incredibly spacious, the woven fabric is soft and comfortable. The back of the chair also has a lever to change the angle it rests at, one being basically lying down. The Caster Frame is flat on top and feels rather nice to rest my feet on, or roll the bridge of my foot on the edge. The tool provided with the chair is neat as well, building the chair took very little time, with very few Allen head bolts to attach. I noticed that the tool also had another Allen size that I did not use during the building process, and was curious why it was provided, but matching it to some of the bolts made me aware, they provided it because the chair came with this size bolt already attached. I didn't have to attach them, but if I wanted to remove them I could. All the mechanisms in the chair glide like butter on Teflon, even the wheels on my carpeted floor glide like it's nothing, Even with my weight and the substantial weight of the chair. Everything about this chair has serious consideration taken into account. Let's talk about the delivery time, I ordered this chair in the middle of the night, if I recall correctly. 2 days later it was at my door. Two Days. That is quick. I wanted to hate this chair because DX Racer is the "meme" chair for gamers, as a gamer i didn't wanna fall into stereotypes but damn if this isn't the most perfect chair.
